The program extends support to specific groups of citizens facing exceptional circumstances, health problems or social challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary protection within a comprehensive and integrated support framework.

Special Cases Eligible for Social Welfare Program
The Social Welfare Program considers certain beneficiaries’ health conditions and household living situations and defines frameworks according to the following: People of Determination who cannot work, those with health disabilities or chronic diseases that affect their ability to work and low-income individuals with social conditions that affect their ability to work (orphans and abandoned, divorced, widowed, Wife of a prisoner and married to foreigners, provided being the caregiver of children under six years old, or children of determination under 21 years old or up to 25 years old if they are enrolled in university or performing national service) according to a social condition assessment.
