Application for Participating in Mass Wedding

A social model rooted in the Emirati heritage for organizing mass weddings that are in line with the community’s authentic values and principles, reflecting solidarity and social cohesion to start a stable marital life and build strong and sustainable families.

Marriage Grant Application

A range of social services to build stable and cohesive families armed with knowledge and skills to build positive and sustainable marital relationships, in addition to a financial grant of seventy thousand dirhams, enabling couples to start a happy and stable life.

Registration in People with Disabilities “People of Determination” Care & Rehabilitation Centers

Joining and registration in the people with disabilities “People of Determination” care and rehabilitation centers, to receive a range of rehabilitation and educational programs in a safe and innovative space by a specialized team of teachers, technicians, occupational, psychological and educational therapists, as well as to receive support and guidance from family counselors and trainers to empower people with disabilities “People of Determination” and improve their quality of life.

Social Welfare Application

It is a comprehensive, flexible and integrated national program that provides financial support to enhance the quality of life of Emirati individuals and families. It was launched by the Ministry of Community Empowerment, in line with the vision of the UAE's wise leadership and the UAE government's directives, as part of the efforts to keep pace with the requirements and needs of living, ensuring the provision of appropriate support to different segments of society according to their needs.

Application for Issuing a Replacement for a Lost or Damaged People of Determination Card

Issuing a replacement for a lost or damaged People of Determination Card, to enable the holder to continue benefiting from services and facilities in many entities and sectors in the State.

Issuance of People of Determination Card

A personal card proving that the holder is a person with a disability “People of Determination”. It enables him to benefit from services and facilities in many entities and sectors in the State.

Applying for Inflation Allowance

Temporary monthly allowances for families whose monthly income is less than 25,000 dirhams. The allowance value aligns with the emerging economic and social conditions in the country, to meet living needs and combat the increasing costs of fuel, food, electricity, and water.

Inquiry Service

This service allows inquiries about the Ministry's services, initiatives and events, or inquiring about the status of the application for previously provided services, or any other inquiries that customers may have.

Suggestions Service

This service allows submitting any suggestions within the scope of the Ministry's services and initiatives to improve the quality of life and develop a better experience for its customers.

Complaints Service

This service allows submitting feedback or complaints about previous applications for the Ministry's services, procedures, processes, and programs, with the aim of improving service quality and providing a better experience for customers.

Application for Publishing Advertisements of Family Counseling Centers

Granting approval to publish promotional advertisements for the services and programs offered by private family counseling centers; to ensure their compatibility with their goals, services, and programs.

License Renewal Application of Family Consulting Center

Updating and renewing the application to continue practicing and services of the Family Counseling Center legally and regularly.

Granting individuals and centers a license to engage in programs, activities and services to improve the quality of family life and ensure its stability and cohesion. These services include: - Family counseling - Psychological and educational counseling. - Therapeutic and training workshops and plans - Guidance and counseling - Matchmaking between those wishing to marry

Application for License Renewal of NGOs for People of Determination Care and Rehabilitation Services

Updating and renewing the application to continue practicing the activities and services of rehabilitation and care centers for people with disabilities “People of Determination” legally and regularly.

Application for Licensing NGOs for People of Determination Care and Rehabilitation Services

Licensing non-government organizations to practice their activities and provide services to people with disabilities “People of Determination”. These services include: - Early Intervention Services: Educational, therapeutic, supportive and rehabilitative services for children from birth to (6) years of age with disabilities, developmental delays or at risk of disability. Economic Activity: Early educational and rehabilitative services - Integrated Service: An educational and therapeutic service with a system designated for persons with disabilities on a school attendance pattern for ages from (4) to (18) years. Economic Activity: Special Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation Service: Specialized services in training, rehabilitation, employment and follow-up for ages from (16) to (35) years. Economic Activity: Vocational Rehabilitation Services - Life Skills Service: Training on specific skills commensurate with the nature and degree of disability. Economic activity: Daily life skills services for people of determination. - Individual Rehabilitation Therapy Sessions Service: Speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, special education, behavior modification programs, psychological evaluation, and family counseling. Economic Activity: Therapeutic services and psychological evaluation centers. - Psycho-educational Evaluation Service: A set of procedures and tests to evaluate intellectual and cognitive abilities to determine the appropriate educational needs. Economic Activity: Therapeutic services and psychological evaluation centers

Application for the Establishment of Nonprofit Organizations

Establishing public interest associations in all legal forms for the purpose of acquiring legal personality, which enables them to contribute by providing a range of initiatives and programs to achieve a sustainable social and positive impact to serve individuals and the community.

NPO By Decree Registration

The Ministry of Community Empowerment provides public benefit organizations with the opportunity to apply for official recognition. This aims to grant them an independent legal personality, enabling them to carry out their operations and provide their services within the framework of their objectives defined in their bylaws, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the law.

Request to issue a certificate to whom it may concern
