- A copy of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting reflecting the allocation of positions within the Board.
- A copy of the minutes of the annual General Assembly meeting relating to the election of the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization.
- A resolution regarding the formation of the Board of Trustees, in the case of private foundations.
- The license of the non-profit organization.
- A delegation of authority resolution, if applicable.
- Copies of the passports and Emirates IDs of the authorized signatories for financial transactions.
- The Articles of Association.
