    Individual donor:

    • Copy of the donor's license. 
    • A resolution issued by the Board of Directors or the Board of Trustees approving the acceptance of the donation. 
    • A letter from the donor expressing their intention to make the donation.

    Government sector:

    • A letter from the relevant entity expressing its intention to make the donation. 
    • Private sector:
    • Copy of the trade license. 
    • A letter from the company expressing its intention to make the donation. 

    Non-profit Organization sector:

    • A letter from the relevant organization expressing its intention to make the donation. 

    Outside UAE
    Government sector:

    • A letter issued by the relevant entity expressing its intention to make the donation. 

    Private sector:

    • Copy of the trade license. 
    • A letter issued by the company expressing its intention to make the donation. 

    Non-profit Organization sector:

    • A letter issued by the relevant organization expressing its intention to make the donation.
