Coinciding with the UAE’s National Month celebrations, including Flag Day and the 53rd Union Day, and the launch of the "#ZayedAndRashid" campaign to honor the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the Youth Council of the Ministry of Community Development, in collaboration with the Dubai Government Media Office, organized a dialogue session under the "Community Dialogue" initiative titled:
"The Legacy of Success: UAE’s Story and the Art of Building a Positive Reputation – Inspiring Figures and Impactful Experiences."

The session highlighted national efforts and inspiring success stories from various individuals and nationalities who have played a positive role in the UAE’s diverse achievements across multiple sectors.

The panel featured distinguished speakers, including:

• H.E. Abdullah Majed Al Ali, Director-General of the National Library and Archives
• Dr. Mohamed Fateh Zaghl, Researcher at the Zayed Center for Studies and Research in Abu Dhabi
• Hind Khalifat, CEO of Draya Speakers

Additionally, the session showcased inspiring success stories, including:

• Captain Expert Engineer Mohamed Abdullah Al Shamsi, Head of the Weapons and Machinery Forensics Section at Dubai Police General Headquarters
• H.E. Fatima Abdullah Al Maamari, Security Council Affairs Expert at the UAE’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations

The "Community Dialogue" initiative, launched by the Youth Council of the Ministry of Community Development, serves as an interactive platform that brings together decision-makers, officials, and individuals with inspiring experiences in the UAE. The initiative fosters positive discussions on various social issues, facilitates the exchange of best practices, and aims to generate practical and effective recommendations and solutions that empower all community segments while preserving authentic Emirati values and traditions.
