The Ministry of Community Empowerment, in collaboration with Google, organized a workshop entitled “Digital Culture for All” at Google Dubai office. The workshop is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance community readiness for the digital era and equip individuals with the tools and skills of the future.
The workshop reflects the ministry’s vision to promote digital literacy and advanced technologies across all segments of society.
During the workshop, Google delivered a hands-on training on the use of its digital tools and AI technologies, with the participation of senior citizens. The training aimed to help participants integrate smart solutions into their daily lives, enhance communication, promote continuous learning, and foster self-reliance in an increasingly knowledge-driven world.
The workshop was held as part of the “Empowerment 360” initiative, launched by the ministry to foster open dialogue with individuals and institutions on key social priorities, share updates on strategic directions and future programs, and align with the leadership’s vision of building an integrated digital people -centered society.
The workshop also highlighted the role of Google tools in promoting digital safety and simplifying daily tasks through AI, such as quick searches, instant translation, and efficient schedule management. It further showcased how intelligent technologies can enhance user experiences by providing smart suggestions, making interactions with devices and applications easier and safer.
This step reaffirms the ministry’s commitment to harnessing advanced technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, to deliver more efficient, inclusive, and accessible services, while empowering the community with the digital skills needed to drive positive change and shape a smarter future.
